SPICY BOILED FISH RECIPE - SIMPLE CHINESE FOOD



Spicy Boiled Fish recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

Number Of Ingredients 14

1000 carp
200 g Green bean sprouts
100 g Small mushroom
100 g Chinese cabbage
1 piece parsley
Right amount Potato starch
1 Cucumber
1 piece Shallots
5 pcs garlic
4 slices ginger
20 pcs pepper
10ml Cooking wine
Right amount sesame
5 grams salt

Steps:

  • Prepare boiled fish materials
  • Clean the fish, slice it into slices, add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, and ginger to marinate for 20 minutes (cut the fish bones into pieces and marinate in the same steps)
  • Bring water to a boil, add appropriate amount of salt, add cabbage and small mushrooms, blanch and remove
  • Bean sprouts blanched and removed
  • Cut the cucumber into sections, add all the dishes, add some salt and prepare them for later use (you can also prepare the dishes when the fish is almost ready)
  • Heat oil in a pan, add green onion, ginger and minced garlic to make a fragrance
  • Add boiled fish seasoning and continue to stir fry
  • Add fish bones and stir fry
  • Add appropriate amount of water, turn to medium heat, and boil for 8 minutes
  • Add starch to the fish fillets and mix well

  • Put coriander and minced garlic on the surface

Rind of 1 lemon, cut into pieces
2 cloves garlic, halved
2 teaspoons whole allspice
1 teaspoon dried whole thyme
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 bunch fresh parsley
Lemon slices
Clarified butter

Steps:

  • Rinse fish thoroughly in cold water; pat dry, and set aside.
  • Combine next 9 ingredients in a large Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Boil, uncovered, 10 minutes. Place fish in Dutch oven. (Add additional hot water, if
  • necessary, to cover fish with liquid.) Simmer, uncovered, 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  • Carefully remove fish from liquid; drain. Discard cooking liquid. Arrange fish on a warm, parsley-lined serving platter. Garnish with lemon slices. Serve with clarified butter.
