1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
¼ cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger root
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
2 tablespoons hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Mix together brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and hot sauce in a small bowl.
  • Lightly salt and pepper the chicken strips.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips and brown on both sides, about 1 minute per side. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Simmer uncovered until the sauce thickens, 8 to 10 minutes.

Number Of Ingredients 15

1 kg boneless chicken
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
to taste Salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp maidaallpurpose flour
2 tbsp cornflour
1 egg
As needed Oil for frying
1/2 cup curd
1 tsp red chilli powder
10-15 curry leaves
3 green chillies
5-6 red chillies
1 tsp jeera cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander leaves

Steps:

  • Cut the chicken boneless into small cubes,marinate with ginger garlic paste,salt,black pepper powder,maida and cornflour mix it well marinate for about 30 minutes! At the time of frying add 1 egg to the marination and mix well, deep fry all the cubes on a medium heat till golden in colour! Fry all chicken and keep aside
  • Take curd in a bowl add red chilli powder,salt and black pepper powder mix it well add red food colour (compltly optional) mix it well and keep aside
  • Gravy - take a pan add oil to it saute jeera, curry leaves,green chillies and red chillies,now add the curd mixture and saute for a while till the rawness goes out completly now add the fried chicken pieces to it and mix it well! Serve hot with the garnish of some coriander leaves! Ready
