Have you ever just wanted to eat cookie dough that you are about to put in the oven, then thought better of it because you didn't want to get Salmonella poisoning? Well now you can! This cookie dough is just for eating. I have made this with friends before and they said that they loved the taste. So do I. The leftovers will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months.

- Combine brown sugar and butter in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until creamy. Beat in vanilla extract and salt. Add flour; mix until a crumbly dough forms. Mix in milk. Fold in milk chocolate chips and mini chocolate chips.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking pan.
- Place the ground beef, eggs, panko, and 1/2 cup ketchup in a large bowl. Mix by hand, and season with salt-free seasoning blend, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into a loaf shape, and place on the prepared baking pan. Drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup ketchup.
- Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

- Boil the syrup and sugar together in a medium/large pot. As soon as it comes to a boil remove and stir in peanut butter. Add vanilla and cereal. Stir well. Blend in mini chocolate chips. Stir just a little so they don’t completely blend. Spread into a greased 9×11 pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 24 pieces.
