1/4 c. salt
4 oz. lime juice
3 oz. tequila
2 oz. triple sec
Ice
Sparkling wine, such as prosecco or cava
Lime wedges or slices, for garnish

Steps:

Place the salt on a small plate. Place a splash of water on another small plate. Dip just the rims of two glasses in the water, then dip in the salt. In a cocktail shaker, combine the lime juice, tequila, triple sec, and ice. Shake for 10-20 seconds to chill thoroughly, then strain into two glasses. Top the glasses off with as much sparkling wine as you like and garnish with a lime wedge. Serve immediately.

2 oz. of silver tequila
1.5 oz. of agave nectar
1 oz. of triple sec
3 oz. of Hy-Vee club soda
0 Lime slice
0 Orange slice

Steps:

Rub a lime wedge along the rim of a 10-oz. cocktail glass. Dip rim into fresh orange and lime zest to coat; set aside. Combine fresh lime juice, tequila, agave nectar, and triple sec in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until well combined. Fill prepared glass with ice and pour mixture over ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a lime and orange slice, if desired.
