Ingredients

1 can Spam, cut into cubes
1 large potato, cut into cubes
1 large carrot, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 small onion, diced
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
butter

Steps:

Divide Spam, potato, carrot, celery, onion and pineapple among 4 large pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil (Grease or butter alum foil to prevent sticking). Salt and pepper to taste and top with a pat of butter. Wrap foil tightly and roast over fire or coals until done, usually 20-30 minutes depending on heat.
