1 cup soy flour, sifted
1/2 cup butter, cut in eight sections
3 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons water
1 cup parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Mix soy flour and Parmesan cheese together.
  • Add butter in sections until mixture starts to crumb.
  • Gradually add heavy cream and water.
  • Press dough into pie plate and bake empty crust at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
3 tablespoons water, or as needed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a pizza stone.
  • Stir soy flour, Parmesan cheese, and egg together in the bowl of a stand mixer; add water. Switch mixer attachment to a dough hook; mix, adding water as necessary, until a stiff dough forms. Roll dough out onto prepared pizza stone.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until crisped, 15 to 20 minutes.
