Restaurant Style Soya Chilli Manchurian Recipe/???? ???? ????????/Soya Chunks/??????? ?????? ??????. Soya chunks manchurian makes a great starter or a snack. Soya chunks in hot sweet and sour sauce taste delicious and are addictive.

Number Of Ingredients 21

200 gms Soya balls
4 chopped onions
4 chopped capsicums
2 tomato pureed
1 spoon ginger paste
1 spoon garlic paste
1 spoon green chilli paste
1 spoon suji
as per taste Salt
as required Oil
1 spoon Red chilli powder
1 spoon garam masala
1 pkt. Maggi masala
1 spoon coriander powder
As required Water
1 spoon chilli flakes
1 spoon oregano
2 spoons Tomato sauce
2 spoons chilli sauce
2 spoons malai
1 pinch food color

Steps:

  • Take a pan add water and heat it. When the water is boiled. Add into soya balls and boiled it for 3 min.
  • Other side take a bowl add into suji,tomato puree,green chilli puree,ginger and garlic paste.Salt, 1 pinch red chilli powder,1 pinch garam masala,1 pinch food color and mix it well.
  • After that take boiled soya balls and drain the water.and mix it into the suji mixture.
  • Other side take pan and heat the oil. When the oil is heated deep fry all soya balls.When it's looking crunchy and crispy take out it from the pan.
  • After that fried all capsicum and after that onion.After that take another pan add 1 spoon oil and add leftover suji ingredients and fry for 1 min after that add into fried onion,capsicum,soya chunks,tomato sauce,chilli sauce,salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,maggi masala,coriander powder,chilli flakes,orgeno and mix well. After 2min when all ingredients mix well off the flame and serve it.garnish with coriander leaf.@
