Juice lime to measure 1 tbsp (15 mL) juice. Add lime zest, juice, garlic, salt and hot pepper sauce, if desired, to dressing; mix gently. Drizzle dressing over vegetables; toss gently to coat. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
