6-8 Eggs, boiled
1/4 cup Sweet Pickle Relish
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 cup Duke’s Mayonnaise.

Steps:

  • Boil and peel the eggs.
  • Place peeled eggs in a large bowl and chop or mash with a fork.
  • Add the sweet pickle relish.
  • Add the salt.
  • Add the black pepper.
  • Add the mayonnaise.
  • Stir well to combine.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
  • Enjoy!
