Tangy, tasty, spinach. Seasoned, then cooked in apple cider vinegar and broth. A great vegetable side dish.

1 Lb (16 oz) Frozen Cut Spinach Leafs1 Cup Chicken Broth 1-1/2 Tbs Butter1 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar1-1/2 Tsps Salt or to taste1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder1/2 Tsp Onion Powder1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Place a skillet over high heat and add in the broth.2. After 2 minutes, or once the broth comes to a boil, reduce the heat to medium-high (7).3. Add the spinach, vinegar, butter, and seasonings, then stir well.4. Let the spinach cook for 8 to 10 minutes and stir periodically.

I found out that cooking pig's feet in a pressure cooker is SUPER easy. Here's how I do it and how you can too.

2 cups water
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper (to taste)
2 to 3 stalks celery
1 small onion
4 to 5 split pig feet

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in your pressure cooker. Replace the top and prepare the pressure cooker for cooking. Check pig's feet after 25 minutes.
  • Cook for an additional 15 minutes if you want the meat falling off the bone and really tender.
