2 cups acai sorbet
1 cup frozen mixed fruit
1 cup orange juice

Steps:

  • Combine acai sorbet, frozen fruit, and orange juice in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into 2 bowls and garnish with toppings of your choice.

Açai-Blackberry Sorbet Recipe

Yield Makes about 2 1/2 cups Servings

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 12-ounce package frozen blackberries, thawed
6 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup agave nectar
1 3.53-ounce packet frozen açai puree (from one 14.11-ounce package), thawed (about 1/2 cup)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Steps:

  • Puree berries in processor until smooth; strain into small bowl. Discard solids. Reserve enough puree to measure 1 cup.
  • Bring 1/2 cup water, sugar, and agave nectar to simmer in medium saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir in blackberry puree, açai, and lemon juice. Chill until cold, about 1 hour.
  • Process sorbet in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. Transfer sorbet to freezer container. Cover and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
