This is a recipe from my ex mil. It is one of my favorite squares. I make this every Christmas for my cookie trays.

Cook Time 25 minutes

Number Of Ingredients 5
Steps:
- Mix eggs, butter and sugar in the top of a double boiler.
- Cook for 25 minutes, stirring constantly until thick and creamy.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Add marshmallows and crumbs.
- Mix well and press into a buttered 9" pan.
- Cut into 16 squares.
- Store in fridge.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt, set aside. In a medium bowl, cream together the sugar and butter. Stir in the peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients, mix well. Then fold in the chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups. Shape into 2 inch balls and place on unprepared cookie sheets 3 inches apart.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from baking sheets to cool on wire racks.

Place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets; flatten slightly with fingers. , Bake until edges are golden brown, 17-20 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
