58 ounce Green Beans
1 Onion
2 clove Garlic
1 cup Pulled Pork
2 Ham Hock
1 quart Chicken Broth
to taste Salt and Pepper

Steps:

  • Add Green Beans (58 ounce) to any pot or pan of your choice.
  • Then I add Onion (1), Garlic (2 clove), Pulled Pork (1 cup) and Salt and Pepper (to taste). Then add Ham Hock (2) and cover it all with Chicken Broth (1 quart). You can omit or replace any of these ingredients to your liking for your smoked green beans.
  • Put the green beans on the smoker and allow it to smoke at 250 - 275 degrees F (120 - 140 degrees C) for 2 - 3 hours. This easy green bean recipe makes a great side dish everyone loves.
