Ingredients

4 to 6 - sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 cup(s) sugar
1 stick(s) butter (1/2 cup)
1/2 to 1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg (nutmeg is strong and you don't really need a lot)
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
pinch(es) salt

Steps:

In a large (cast iron) skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add sliced potatoes to butter and toss to coat.
Mix sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
Add to potatoes. Toss to coat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 1 hour (covered), stirring occasionally until potatoes are fork-tender.

Air Fryer
400 g White Potatoes
2 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Rosemary
Salt & Pepper

Steps:

Thinly slice your potatoes into air fryer potato rounds.
Load the potatoes into a bowl with seasoning and extra virgin olive oil.
Toss with your hands until the potatoes are well coated.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes at 180c/320f.
Shake the air fryer basket and cook for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f.
Serve.
