Steps:
- Pour all the ingredients including 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, except the soda water, into the large side of the cocktail shaker. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake for 10 seconds and strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with lemon peel and a cherry.
- Variation 1: Replace Damrak Gin for Bols Genever Original to give the cocktail a deeper, malty flavour which breathes new life into the Singapore Sling. Variation 2: Use Galliano L'Autentico instead of the D.O.M. Bénédictine to give your cocktail notes of star anise and vanilla.
