THREE INGREDIENT, SIMPLE CROCK POT PORK ROAST | JUST A ...
This is the most delicious and easiest roast possible. When you get home from work, it will be so tender and moist that you have to get it out of the pot with two big spoons because it falls apart. I love it served it with Jasmine rice on the side and a little soy sauce on the pork as well as the rice. I don't put a lot of salt on the roast when I prepare it because of the salt in the soy sauce. If there are leftovers, the rice and pork makes great fried rice. I find the most inexpensive roast available and it's always good.

SIMPLE SAVORY PORK ROAST RECIPE | ALLRECIPES
By the time an hour had passed the temperature of the roast was well over 160 degrees. I am not sure if the fact that it was wrapped made it cook so much faster than the recipe indicated or not, but my advice is to check it early because an overcooked pork roast is a dry pork roast.
