SIMPLE LO MEI RECIPE - SIMPLE CHINESE FOOD

Simple Lo Mei recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

There is no story, it's just a foodie who suddenly wants to eat it and cook it

Provided by LazyCat_

Total Time 15 minutes

Yield 2

Number Of Ingredients 6

8 Chicken feet
4 Chicken Kidney
4 slices Sliced ginger
Right amount garlic
30g Sichuan Flavor
Right amount Dried chili

Steps:

  • Prepare all the ingredients, cut off the nails of the chicken feet, scratch the chicken kidneys with salt and rinse them. (Because I am afraid of trouble, so I bought the halogen material directly in the supermarket, you can choose according to personal preference)
  • Boil the prepared chicken feet and chicken kidneys with water and boil it for one minute. (Okay, I admit that I have poor knife skills. I cut off the fingers of the chicken feet in half.
  • You can rinse the chicken feet and chicken kidneys with ice water after flying water, which will be very crisp (the university roommate’s mother taught me the necessary steps to make chicken feet in vinegar. In fact, it’s okay to omit it. I just think it’s very tall, so I use it. Up)
  • Stir the ginger, garlic, and dried chili with hot oil, then add the chicken feet and kidneys, stir fry until fragrant
  • Then add a packet of marinated ingredients (30g) and water. After the water is boiled, turn to a low heat for 20 minutes. I feel that the water will have to pass over the noodles to get the marinated color evenly (I forgot to put the peppers dry before, so add it in this step. Taste the taste after opening, you can add soy sauce and other seasonings if the taste is not enough)
