SHRIMP AND BACON SALAD SLIDERS RECIPE | SOUTHERN LIVING
Creamy, celery-flecked shrimp salad has been served at luncheons throughout the South for years, and while we're fans of the traditional version, we are pretty into this fresh new take as well. The addition of chopped basil, fresh lemon juice, fresh orange zest, fresh orange juice, and Old Bay make the mayonnaise dressing sing. And a little crispy, chopped bacon adds a nice bit of crunch, plus a hint of smokiness. You could serve this shrimp salad as-is over a bed of lettuce, but it's even more delicious spooned onto toasted slider buns and topped with thinly sliced tomatoes and a few basil leaves. The presentation is as good as the taste. The shrimp salad can be made up to one day ahead. Make sure to let it come to room temperature before serving. Can't eat shrimp? Substitute cooked lobster or scallops instead. Can't find slider buns? You can cut three hot dog buns (potato rolls are best) in half cross-wise to make six slider-sized buns. This recipe is perfect for the summer season when the seafood is fresh and it is on everyone's mind. Pull out this recipe for your next brunch. You may even want to save a few for a snack later in the day.

COLORED SHRIMP SLIDERS RECIPE - SIMPLE CHINESE FOOD
The WeChat public account "Baby Nutritional Supplements" contains 600 nutritional supplements that I have made for my baby. With these 600 supplementary food recipes, I no longer worry about what my baby will eat. Xiaosi's mother will share baby food supplements for 6-24 months in this public account.

The baby’s supplementary food with shrimp meat must not be less. The shrimp meat is rich in high-quality protein. After confirming that the baby is not allergic to it, you can start adding shrimp meat. Generally, starting to add complementary foods to babies is the transition from puree to slightly chewy food. In addition to shrimp puree, it can also be replaced with a better chewy way of eating.

It's the shrimp slippery that we adults love most when eating hot pot! Try to make some shrimp slips for your baby, and put them in the noodles and soups your baby usually eats, and the shrimp meat made by this method is very soft and chewy.

In addition, I tried repeatedly this time to make juices from vegetables such as broccoli and purple cabbage that are suitable for babies and add them to the mashed shrimps. The shrimp slides made are bright in color, which immediately attracted the baby's attention!

I came up with this idea, mainly because I want to add the vegetables that the baby doesn’t like to the shrimp that he likes. I really won’t be singled out. I recommend it to babies who don’t like vegetables but only meat and seafood. test.

  • The shrimp slides made in this way can be lowered into the soup or into the baby's noodles. Isn't it more interesting? Is the color more attractive to the baby? ! And the prawns made in this way are very chewy, and it is more convenient to eat with the noodles below.
