Steps:
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Place flatbreads onto ungreased baking sheets. Brush with melted butter.
- Combine all other ingredients except cheese and basil in bowl until well mixed. (Drain, if necessary.)
- Spoon half of shrimp mixture onto each flatbread; top with feta and provolone cheese. Bake 14-16 minutes or until cheeses are melted and bubbly. Sprinkle with fresh basil, if desired.
- Cut into pieces; serve hot.
