Here's what you need: onion, boneless, skinless chicken breasts, seasoned salt, pepper, dried oregano, dijon mustard, honey, garlic, slider buns

1 onion, sliced
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 ½ teaspoons seasoned salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
? cup honey
6 cloves garlic, minced
12 slider buns

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and stir until chicken and onions are coated with seasonings.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked and shreddable.
  • With a set of tongs or two forks, shred the chicken and stir into the juices.
  • Distribute evenly between slider buns.
  • Enjoy!

3 lbs Cooked Shredded Rotisserie Chicken (or 3 lbs Chicken Breasts (cooked and shredded) See Note 1 for recipe)
2 medium Onions (chopped)
¼ cup Flour
1 Tablespoon Salted Butter (14grams)
2 cup Pineapple Juice
½ cup Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
½ Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
? Cup Ketchup
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ Teaspoon Onion Powder
romaine lettuce
red onions (cut into rings)
tomatoes (thinly sliced)
sharp cheddar cheese slices
Hamburger Buns

Steps:

  • In a glass measuring pyrex cup combine the ingredients for Pineapple Juice mixer with a spoon. Make sure there are no lumps. Keep it aside.
  • In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add finely chopped Onions and sauté until soft and translucent.
  • Add Flour in the skillet and Sauté until the raw smell of flour goes off. This
  • Pour the Sauce into the Pan and toss well. Bring it to a slow boil and let the sauce simmer until thickened. This takes 4-5 minutes on low heat. Make sure you keep an eye on the skillet. Don't let it stick to the bottom of the pan.
  • Assemble this in toasted hamburger buns. Add greens and veggies with cheese slices. Enjoy with fries.
