REFRESHING RAINBOW SHAVED ICE - HY-VEE RECIPES AND IDEAS
To create a rainbow snow cone effect, reduce all four fruit juices in separate batches as directed. Add 1 tablespoon of each fruit juice to the ice.

Add juice and agave nectar to a medium saucepan. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Gently boil for 20 minutes or until mixture is reduced to 1/2 cup and has syrupy consistency. Cool for 10 minutes. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Use a high-power blender to blend small batches of crushed ice. Repeat until 5 cups of shaved ice has been reached.
- 3.
Fill a 12-oz. foam cup or paper cone with 2-1/2 cups shaved ice. Add 1/4 cup fruit syrup. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
