The Shark Bite is a cocktail made with blue Curaçao, vodka and rum. It gets its name from the small amount of grenadine that is added to the glass after pouring, which resembles blood in ocean water. This fun summer recipe makes a full pitcher that's perfect for serving at your next pool party!

Ingredients

32 oz blue Curaçao
24 oz lemon or lime flavored vodka
16 oz club soda
8 oz light rum
1 1/4 oz grenadine (per glass)
Cherries or lemons, for garnish
Blue shark gummies, for garnish

Steps:

Layer the rum, club soda, vodka and blue Curaçao together in a pitcher.
Gently mix with a long spoon. Pour the Shark Bite cocktail into individual glasses that are filled with ice.
Drizzle 1 1/4 ounces of grenadine into each glass to create a “blooming” effect that resembles blood in ocean water.
Garnish with cherries or lemons and blue shark gummies, if desired.
