Steps:
- Heat oven to 375ºF.
- Stir flour with baking soda and salt; set aside.
- In large mixing bowl, beat butter with sugar, and brown sugar at medium speed until creamy and lightened in color.
- Add eggs and vanilla, one at a time. Mix on low speed until incorporated.
- Gradually blend dry mixture into creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
- Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until chocolate chip cookies are golden brown.

- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- Cream butter, sugars and eggs until smooth.
- Combine flour, salt and baking soda together in a separate bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients, and lastly stir in the oats and chocolate chips.
- Form into small balls with hands and Bake on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper for 8-10 minutes or until VERY light golden, they should almost look un-cooked (This keeps them soft in the middle).
- Store in a tupperware box to keep them chewy.

Stir occasionally until completely cooled. , In a small bowl, beat whipping cream until it begins to thicken. Add sugar; beat until soft peaks form. Fold into cooled chocolate mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. If desired, garnish with whipped cream and raspberries.
