Ingredients

10 mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish
1 1/2 teaspoons superfine sugar
Seltzer water
Crushed ice
2 1/2 ounces Kentucky bourbon whiskey

Steps:

Add a splash of seltzer water, fill the glass 3/4 full with crushed ice, and add the bourbon. Top with another splash of seltzer, stir, and garnish with a sprig of mint. Serve immediately." }

Number Of Ingredients 5

Ingredients

handful each mint, basil, rosemary
1tsp sugar
1tsp salt
200ml sparkling water
1 cucumber

Steps:

Put a handful each of mint, basil and rosemary into a jug with 1tsp salt and 1tsp sugar. Pour over 200ml sparkling water and add half a cucumber sliced into ribbons. Leave to infuse for at least 2 hours.
Top with sparkling water to serve.
