1 cup frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons flax seed meal
1 cup low-fat vanilla soy milk

Steps:

  • Place the banana, strawberries, flax seed meal, and soy milk into a blender. Puree until smooth.

3.5 oz blueberry (frozen) (1/3 cup blueberries)
2 oz blackberry (frozen) (1/4 cup blackberries)
2 oz yogurt (plain) (1/4 cup yogurt)
0.2 oz chia seeds (1 1/2 teaspoons seeds)
3 fl oz elderberry juice (unsweetened) (about 1/3 cup juice)
1 oz pomegranate arils (2 tablespoons arils)
0.5 oz honey (optional) (2 teaspoons honey)

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender until desired consistency is reached. Take care not to over-blend.
  • If your elderberry juice is sweetened or if you are substituting juice from another fruit, omit the honey.
