These are soooo easy and soooo good. I get requests for them all the time. I make them atleast once a week. They go really good with chicken salad, spinach dip, or just by themselves.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 box(es) Zesta Saltine Crackers
1 cup(s) Canola Oil (must be Canola Oil)
1 package(s) Ranch Seasoning Mix
2 tablespoon(s) crushed red pepper

Steps:

  • Place 1 box ZESTA saltine crackers in a large bowl with a sealable lid.
  • In a separate bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients.
  • Drizzle mixture over crackers. Seal lid on bowl and turn bowl over and over for about 10 minutes to make sure all crackers are coated.
  • Crackers are much better if they are allowed to set for 1 day. This allows them to absorb all of the oil and flavoring.

  • Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the Italian seasoning and seasoned salt. Dunk the saltines in the mixture and place on a rack over a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes.
