- Put the Cheddar, flour, butter, salt, seasoned salt and cayenne in a food processor and pulse until the mixture resembles sand. Add the ice water and pulse until the dough comes together. Form the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
- Roll out the dough to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into squares with a pizza cutter. Use a wooden skewer to poke a small hole in the center of each square. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and bake until golden brown, 15 to 17 minutes. Allow to cool before packing up.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, whole-wheat flour, butter and salt in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Mix on medium-low speed until the mixture resembles a coarse meal. Add the onion, herbs and milk; mix until just combined--do not overwork the dough.
- Roll out the dough into a 1/8-inch-thick rectangle on lightly floured parchment paper. Brush the top with egg white and sprinkle with the seeds and some salt.
- Transfer the dough and parchment to a baking sheet and cut into 2-by-3-inch rectangles.
- Bake until golden, 10 to 12 minutes.

One of the most protected, discussed, and sought-after secret recipes in the food world is KFC's Original Recipe Fried Chicken.
