8 large whole wheat tortillas
1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 1/2 lbs cooked peeled baby shrimp
1/2 lb imitation crabmeat, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper
1 lb provolone cheese, sliced

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine lettuce, shrimp and crab meat, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  • On each wrap lay down cheese slices.
  • Load on salad.
  • Wrap and serve immediately.

0.5 round Lettuce (leaves separated)
1.25 cups canned, white Crabmeat (drained and flaked)
0.5 cup Mayonnaise
0.5 lemon (juiced)

Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika and seasoning. Fold in the crab meat, mixing well to incorporate.
  • Lay the tortilla wraps on a flat surface and arrange an even layer of lettuce leaves on them. Spread the

  • Fold the ends in on top of the crab and mayonnaise and roll the wraps into cylinders.
  • Cut in half and wrap together in twos in a serviette before serving.
