Chicken boneless : 150 gm
Egg : 2 nos (beaten)
All purpose flour : 2 tsp
Corn flour : 2 tsp
Pepper : 1 tsp
Sweet chilli sauce : 1 tsp
Chilli nd garlic sauce : 1 tsp
Soy sauce : 1 tsp
Ajinomoto : ½ tsp
Ginger (chopped)
Green chillies : 2 nos (sliced)
Salt : as reqd

Steps:

  • Chop the chicken pieces into small pieces.2) Mix flour, corn flour, little salt and pepper. Mix chicken pieces in it.
  • Fry it in oil, till brown colour.4) Keep the fried chicken aside.
  • In the pan, add a tbsp of oil.6) Add ginger, garlic, green chillies and onion.
  • Add soy, chilli garlic sauce, sweet chilli sauce and mix well.8) Add the chicken pieces and mix well. 9) Let all the sauces mix and coat well in chicken pieces.
  • Remove from flame and keep aside.11) In the same pan, pour egg and scramble it.
  • Mix it with the chicken and serve hot.

4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 medium onion, sliced
5 eggs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan or other hard cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
6 fresh sage leaves, or a teaspoon minced rosemary or thyme
4 chicken livers, cut into pieces
1/4 cup dry vermouth

Steps:

  • Put 3 tablespoons of the oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat; a minute later, add the onion and cook, stirring, until it begins to brown, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with about half the cheese and some salt and pepper.
  • Add the sage and livers to the onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until pink, about 3 minutes. Pour in the eggs and vermouth and stir until the eggs set, a minute or so. Garnish with the remaining olive oil and Parmesan and serve hot, warm, or at room temperature.
