One thing I really miss about “regular” bread is the size. Most packaged gluten-free breads are on the smaller size. I was pleased when I saw the size of Schar’s Deli Style bread – it is almost twice the size of some of the other packaged breads on the market. The Schar site describes this bread as “sourdough bread”.

Oct 07, 2018 · This review is only for the 2 pack sold as "add on" item. 1) the bread only had a few days left in expiration date 2) the bigger issue is the bread is made in a "puffed" up package that keeps it fresh. When the bread was bundled in 2 packs the inner packaging was popped, the bread was smashed - not worth the $1 savings per loaf. Buy the 8 pack.
