Steps:
- Ingredients: 6 scallops, 50g winter melon, 30g broccoli, 50g rice, 20g rhubarb, 10g oatmeal.
PS: There are some scallop shells on the market that are open very wide, but there is no response to touch with your hands. Do not buy such scallops. When choosing scallops, you must choose live ones. It is best to find a slightly clean one, so that it will be more convenient for subsequent processing. - Soak the scallops in water 10 minutes in advance.
PS: After buying the scallops, be sure to soak them in clean water for a while, then brush the scallops with a small brush to remove the sand and bacteria, and rinse them with running water. - Add cold water to the scallops and cook until they are open. Boil the scallops until they are open, about 6 minutes.
PS: Fresh scallops will open after they are cooked. If there are any open scallops, it means that they are not fresh. Don't give them to your baby. - Then remove the scallops, remove the shells, viscera, and skirts, leaving only the scallop pillars.
- Chop the scallop stalks.
PS: Scallops are not easy to chew and digest, so be sure to chop the scallops into smaller pieces! - Peel the winter melon and cut into small pieces.
- After the water has boiled, add the broccoli and blanch for 30 seconds.
- Remove the broccoli, drain the water, and chop finely.
- Put the scallop scallops, winter squash and broccoli into small bowls and set aside.
- After the water is boiled, add the rice and large yellow rice and cook for 15 minutes.
- Then pour the winter melon and cook for 10 minutes.
PS: When using a small milk pot to cook porridge, it is easy to throw the pot, Bao Ma must be optimistic about the pot! Slowly cook the porridge over a low fire, so that the cooked porridge will be more viscous and delicious. - Pour in the scallop rod and broccoli and cook for 3 minutes.
PS: Because the scallops are already cooked, you don't need to cook them for too long, otherwise the taste will be bad. - Finally add instant oats and cook for 2 minutes.
PS: If you want to add oatmeal, you need to soak it a few hours in advance, and then boil it with rice. - After cooking, you can turn off the heat and cook! The scallop and winter melon porridge is ready.
PS: The scallop itself is very delicious, so do not add other condiments when cooking porridge. Although scallops are delicious, they are not easy to digest, so it is not recommended for babies to eat too much per meal, and to observe whether they have allergic reactions~

SHRIMP AND SCALLOP CONGEE RECIPE - SIMPLE CHINESE FOOD
In winter, I want to drink steaming seafood porridge to warm my stomach and body and add protein. A bowl of delicious seafood porridge. The bottom of the porridge must be hot enough. For long-boiled porridge, the rice water must be fused together. The seafood is put in the back and boiled together with the porridge. The umami taste will not fade. Add other condiments after the fragrant porridge. Some people like to put salt and other seasonings. I feel that any seasoning can be omitted. Seafood is enough.
