1 c. plain yogurt
6 x ice cubes
1 x cucumber peeled, seeded,
    and roughly minced
1 sm tomato
1 x celery stalk minced
    A few spinach or possibly romaine leaves
1 Tbsp. chopped onion (optional)
    Salt to taste
    Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Puree all ingredients in a blender, garnish with a cucumber round, and enjoy. This recipe yields 2 servings. Description: "On-the-go eaters love smoothies. A smoothie doesn't have to be sweet. In this version the cucumber provides some of the body bananas do in a fruit version."
