4 1/2 ounces shredded swiss cheese
1 yellow onion, quartered and sliced
1 head garlic, diced
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried cilantro
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 lb white mushroom, quartered

Steps:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add broccoli, onion, Italian seasoning and cilantro. Stir occasionally until broccoli and onion are tender, about 10 minutes,.
  • Add garlic and quartered mushrooms. Stir occasionally until mushrooms are tender,about 5 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes and wine, stir occasionally until tomatoes are cooked, about 5 minutes.
  • Top with shredded swiss cheese immediately before serving.

1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon sliced fresh garlic
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
14 ounces broccoli florets
3/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Steps:

  • Combine 3/4 cup water, butter, and garlic in a large skillet over high heat; bring to a boil. Add onion and broccoli to pan; cover and simmer 4 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender. Sprinkle evenly with salt.
