Steps:
- To make the cheat’s teriyaki sauce, mix together the soy sauce and honey in a small bowl. Use as a dip or in a stir-fry.
- To make the easy sweet and sour sauce, mix the cornflour with 2 tablespoons of water in a small bowl. Add the ketchup, honey and vinegar and mix well. Use as a dip or in a stir-fry.
- To make the quick satay sauce, put all the ingredients in a small saucepan with 100ml/3½fl oz of water and warm over a low heat for 30 seconds. Use as a dip or in a stir-fry.

The sauce recipes might look the same at first, but each has slight variations make your sauce hotter or milder by adjusting the level of cayenne pepper. You can find Frank's pepper sauce by the other hot sauces in your market. If you can't find that brand, you can also use Crystal Louisiana hot sauce.
