- Variation: For Velveeta chili dip, prepare as directed, substituting your favorite variety of canned chili (with or without beans, regular or spicy) for the salsa.

Steps:
- Brown Sausage and drain or spoon out grease.
- Cut Velveeta into cubes while sausage is cooking.
- Use a medium glass Pyrex dish. It doesn't burn any cheese. Plastic might. It keeps the heat too. Add all ingredients and microwave 3 minutes at the time and stir until all the cheese is melted.
- You are done! Add to a slow cooker if having company. You can keep heating this up and it stays warm in this kind of dish. Easy clean up.Serve with Tostitos Scoops or plain Chips.
