Saliva chicken recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

In summer, the weather is too hot and many people don't like to eat. In order to increase the appetite of the family, I made this saliva chicken. As expected, I ate all of them, not even one peanut left!

Provided by Angel drops spell

Total Time 15 minutes

Yield 3

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 Wenchang Chicken
1/2 piece shallot
2 scoops Oyster sauce
1 whole garlic
A few drops sesame oil
3 slices ginger
2 spoons Cooking wine

2 spoons Red oil
2 spoons Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chicken with Red Oil
3 scoops Soy sauce
1.5 spoons Vinegar
1 spoon Sugar

Steps:

When the skin is firm, it will take about ten seconds Take it out and soak it in cold water (ice water will be better) and repeat this three times to make the chicken skin more crispy, and then simmer the chicken for about 8 minutes over a low fire.
  • Remove the chicken and soak it in cold water. When the temperature of the chicken cools, remove it and drain it and set aside
  • Put the chopped garlic, sugar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, red oil, Laoganma chicken in a bowl, and make a bowl of juice
  • Cool Wenchang chicken, cut into small pieces, and serve
