- Place tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, lettuce, black olives, green olives, feta cheese, and carrots in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour in Italian dressing. Seal bag and toss to coat ingredients with dressing.
- Microwave spaghetti squash on high for 5 minutes. Cool until easily handled.
- Scrape spaghetti squash with a fork and spread onto wraps. Lay turkey and chicken on top. Use a spoon to scoop out ingredients from the dressing onto the wraps. Roll up wraps and slice each one in half.

- Lay the tortilla out flat on a board, spread the hummus on the bottom third and put the lettuce on top. Arrange the carrot, cucumber and/or avocado in a bank on top of the lettuce and spoon the salsa on top. Sprinkle on the cheese.
- Fold the bottom of the wrap up just over the filling, fold the sides in and then roll the wrap the rest of the way up. Cut in half or into pieces as shown. Either put straight into a lunchbox or if halved, wrap in wax paper first.
