2 cups cranberry-raspberry juice
1 cup frozen raspberries, thawed
1 cup crushed ice
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Steps:

  • Blend sake, cranberry-raspberry juice, raspberries, ice, and lemon juice in a blender; pulse several times until raspberries are completely crushed. Strain to remove ice and pour into sake glasses.

¼ cup sake
2 tablespoons mirin (Japanese sweet wine)

  • Combine soy sauce, sake, mirin and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir until sugar is dissolved. Can be used immediately or cooled and refrigerated.
