Number Of Ingredients 4

1 tablespoon of butter
24 of ounces semi-sweet chocolate morsels
10 of ounces large marshmallows
of graham crackers

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  • Place a 10.25 Inch Skillet inside the preheated oven for 5 minutes. 
  • Remove skillet from oven. Melt butter in the skillet, covering the cooking surface evenly. 
  • Pour chocolate morsels in the skillet, covering the bottom. Top with marshmallows. 
  • Bake for 7-10 minutes, until marshmallows are toasted.
  • Remove from the oven and serve with graham crackers.

In the third episode of Hey Y'all, a new Southern Living video series, Test Kitchen Professional Ivy Odom uses this recipe as the sweet ending to her backyard tailgate with family and friends. There's just no better way to celebrate a Bulldog victory than with ooey-gooey chocolate and marshmallows. Number Of Ingredients 4

1 tablespoon butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1 bag large marshmallows
1 box graham crackers

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450°F
  • Heat an oven safe skillet (preferably cast iron) on medium-high. Add butter and swirl to coat
  • Remove skillet from heat and add chocolate chips to form an even layer
  • Layer with marshmallows, standing them upright on flat ends, until mixture is completely covered
  • Bake for 4 to 5 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown
  • Serve warm with graham crackers
