EASY TUNA CASSEROLE – INSTANT POT RECIPES
Classic weeknight fare, this easy, cheesy tuna casserole (studded with the traditional green peas) is comfort food at its finest, including the (optional) potato chip topping.

Steps:
- Place pasta and onion powder in the Instant Pot. Add water and stir to combine.
- Layer tuna, frozen peas, and soup evenly on top of pasta--do not stir.
- Secure the lid, making sure the vent is closed.
- Using the display panel select the MANUAL function*. Use the +/- keys and program the Instant Pot for 4 minutes.
- When the time is up, quick-release the pressure.
- Add cheese and stir until melted.
- Optional: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with crushed potato chips. Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes.

- Make the casserole: Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add onion and cook until slightly softened, 2 minutes. Add ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon, until no longer pink, 8 minutes. Drain fat. Return skillet to medium-high heat. Add tomato paste and cook, stirring, 1 minute. Add ⅓ cup water, relish, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Stir to combine. Transfer hamburger mixture into a small rectangular baking dish. Spread into an even layer. Sprinkle with cheese. Remove crescent rolls from packaging and unroll on top of casserole, if necessary stretch slightly to reach sides to completely cover the casserole. Brush lightly with egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake until warm throughout and top is golden, about 25 minutes. Meanwhile, make the special sauce: In a medium bowl, stir all sauce ingredients together until well combined. Drizzle casserole with special sauce and top with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Serve warm.

- In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients; beat until smooth. Pour into four greased 10-oz. custard cups. , Place in a 13x9-in. baking pan; pour hot water around cups to a depth of 1 in. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes. , For topping, combine the brown sugar, pecans and butter. Sprinkle over custard. Bake 30-35 minutes longer or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm or chilled; top with whipped cream and cinnamon if desired. Store in the refrigerator.
