- Make the sauce before you make the crust, so that the flavors have some time to get yummy.
- Mix all ingredients in a big bowl; order doesn't matter. You can do without the Puree, and increase/decrease the amount of Sauce to conveniently match the cans you purchased.
- This makes enough sauce for 2 big pizzas. Refrigerate the remainder for up to 10 days before the texture gets lumpy.

- Prepare the dough and let stand for 2 hours. Spread the dough on a floured work surface and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Prepare the tomato sauce by peeling the onion and cut into slices. Put in a hot pan 1 tablespoon olive oil. Then put the onion and leave to brown. Then add the tomato puree, oregano, salt and pepper. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, then arrange the diced ham, mushrooms and sliced ??mozzarella. Cook for 20 minutes.
