- Slice bread loaf into 1-inch thick portions. Brush each slice on one side with olive oil. Broil, oil-side up, until barely golden. Remove from broiler pan and cool.
- In a medium bowl, mix together roasted pepper, garlic, tomato, basil, and onion. Sprinkle mixture evenly on each toast portion. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately.

- Heat broiler. Melt Butter with Olive Oil in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat; add garlic.
- Place bread onto ungreased baking sheets. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat 2-3 minutes or until bread is lightly toasted. Turn bread over; brush untoasted side with melted butter mixture. Top each with 1 piece cheese and about 1 tablespoon roasted red pepper strips. Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese.
- Continue broiling 2-3 minutes or until cheeses are melted and just beginning to brown. Garnish with sprig of fresh herb, if desired. Serve warm.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Unroll one tube of crescent dough into one long rectangle; press onto bottom and 3/4 in. up sides of a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Seal seams and perforations. Top with half of the ham; layer with Swiss cheese, pepperoni, provolone cheese and remaining ham. Top with red peppers., In a small bowl, whisk eggs, Parmesan cheese and salad dressing mix; reserve 1/4 cup. Pour remaining egg mixture over peppers. , On a lightly floured surface, roll out remaining crescent dough into a 13x9-in. rectangle; seal seams and perforations. - "Pre heat oven to 200Ã?Â?C/gas mark 4. Place the pepper & onion halves (cut side down) along with the plum tomatoes & garlic cloves into a baking tray & drizzle with the olive oil. Bake at the top of your oven for 30 mins or until the vegetables are roasted & tender. Meanwhile melt down the butter in a large pan over a medium heat and saute the chopped celery for 4-5 mins. Not too hot, don't burn the butter. Make up the vegetable stock adding the tomato puree, sundried tomato paste & the chilli flakes. Mix well and then add to the sauteed celery. Remove from the heat. When the baked vegetables are ready remove the peel from the onion & garlic cloves roughly chop them & add them to the pan along with the plum tomtoes. Place back on to a low to medium heat & using a hand blender blend until the soup is smooth. Season to taste & gently simmer until the soup is at a comfortable edible temperature. Do not allow the soup to boil. Serve with ciabatta bread & enjoy the moment."
