Roasted Duck with Lotus Root recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

My home is a lotus root control. The lotus root is delicious no matter how you make it. Add some duck meat and cook it inside. The child likes it very much.

Number Of Ingredients 9

300 grams duck
500 g Lotus root
Right amount oil
1 scoop salt
Right amount ginger
1 scoop Cooking wine
1 scoop Soy sauce
Half a spoon Chicken Essence
1 scoop chili sauce

Steps:

  • Prepare the lotus root.
  • Wash the lotus root and cut into pieces.
  • Prepare the duck meat.
  • Wash the duck meat and put it in the pot.
  • Blanch the water and boil it.
  • Remove the duck meat.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add duck meat.
  • Add cooking wine, soy sauce and chili sauce to fry until fragrant, add water and cook.
  • Add lotus root.
  • Add water and cook together.
  • Season with salt and chicken essence.
  • Plate.
