Here's what you need: cauliflower, broccoli, large carrot, olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic

Yield 8 cups

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
3 g large carrot, peeled and cut into rounds
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss the cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, and olive oil together on the baking sheet until everything is well-coated. In a large bowl, season with salt, pepper, and garlic and toss to distribute.
  • Bake until the vegetables are tender and starting to brown, about 20 minutes. Once cooled, transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge.
  • Enjoy!

1 (12-ounce) bag fresh broccoli and cauliflower florets and baby carrots
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt melted
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF. Line baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
  • Cut cauliflower and broccoli into bite-sized florets, if needed. Set aside.
  • Combine melted Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt and all remaining ingredients in bowl. Add vegetables; toss lightly. Spread into single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake 20-30 minutes or until vegetables are browned and tender. Serve immediately.
