Air fryer steak is the new hot and perfect way to cook a steak. Perfectly tender and juicy with that golden crispy crust you love!

Number Of Ingredients 9

4 tbsp.

butter, softened

2

cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp.

freshly chopped parsley

1 tsp.

freshly chopped chives

1 tsp.

freshly chopped thyme

1 tsp.

freshly chopped rosemary

1

(2 lb.) bone-in ribeye 

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine butter and herbs. Place in center of a piece of plastic wrap and roll into a log. Twist ends together to keep tight and refrigerate until hardened, 20 minutes.  Season steak on both sides with salt and pepper.  Place steak in basket of air fryer and cook at 400° for 12 to 14 minutes, for medium, depending on thickness of steak, flipping halfway through.  Top steak with a slice of herb butter to serve.

With just 1 can of crescent roll refrigerator dough, assorted filling ideas you can shape your dough into a pretty festive holiday bread appetizer!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 package of crescent roll refrigerated dough or you can use buttermilk biscuits
15 slices of pepperoni ( I cut them in half or you can fold them to fit each dough ball
fresh basil leaves garnishing the tree before baking
butter oil flavored cooking spray
Parmesan cheese in long shred for sprinkling on top
melted butter with a pinch of granulated garlic powder mixed together for brushing the balls after baking
optional toppings before baking: granulated garlic powder, dried oregano,, dried parsley flakes

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Unroll the crescent dough and make 15 balls
  • Arrange them on parchment paper or a Silpat mat.
  • Starting with 5 on the bottom, 4, 3, 2, 1 for the top of the tree.
  • Save a little of the dough for the base and shape the tree bottom.
  • Place a small piece of pepperoni into each ball.
  • Make sure the balls are close together.
  • Add the fresh basil leaves around the tree.
  • Spray the whole thing with butter oil spray.
  • Sprinkle with long shreds of Parmesan cheese, oregano, granulated garlic powder if desired.
  • As soon as it comes out of the oven brush the entire tree with melted butter mixed with a pinch of granulated garlic powder.
  • Bake at 350 degrees to package instructions around 10 minutes are until the tops start to get golden brown.

Reduce heat to medium-low; stir in milk, provolone and Velveeta. Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese melts, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat; add Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cool. , Brush edges of an egg roll wrapper with water. Place 2 tablespoons beef mixture in the center; fold bottom corner over filling. Fold sides over filling toward center; roll up tightly to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling. , In an electric skillet or deep-fat fryer, heat 1 in. canola oil to 375°. Fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with sweet chili sauce.
