LOBSTER CAKES | JUST A PINCH RECIPES
My family and friends loves it and I make them for Labor's Day, Memorial Day and July 4th parties and we have low country boil and I fix lobster and crab cakes. It is so delicious and tasty.

Steps:
- Combine lobster, crumbs, onion, and parsley in a medium-size bowl. Stir in milk, egg, Worcestershire and lemon juice; mix well. Shape into 8 patties, adding additional bread crumbs if mixture is too moist. Pan fry in butter in large skillet; cook 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Easy to BURN!
CHOCOLATE GLAZE FOR BUNDT CAKES | JUST A PINCH RECIPES
This glaze sets up nicely to drizzle over a bundt cake, and is very easy to put together. I usually have all the ingredients in my pantry. Real brandy or rum can be used in place of the flavoring if you like. Also, Espresso powder can be used for flavoring.

Steps:
- Melt the butter. Add all other ingredients. Stir until well mixed, shiny, and smooth. Add more water if you want it thinner at this point.
- This thickens a bit upon standing. Drizzle over the bundt cake when it's slightly thicker so it can slowly run down the sides of the cake.

- Once you’ve peeled the celeriac, chuck away the skin and then carry on peeling around it, giving you long ribbons. If they break every now and again it doesn’t matter. Continue until you reach the fluffy tasteless inner core, which you should throw away. Remove and discard the chunky stalks from the parsley, then finely slice the thinner stalks and roughly chop the leaves.
- Put your celeriac and parsley into a large bowl and mix together with all the other ingredients. Season to taste, adding a little more vinegar if need be, then serve straight away.
- Try this: Put some of this salad on a plate, then cover it completely with some smoked salmon and plenty of ground black pepper.
- Or this: Roast a nice chicken. Allow it to cool and serve with this salad.
