1 large head of celery

Steps:

Wash celery
Cut into 1–1.5 inch pieces (keep the celery leaves if possible)
Put into your Blendtec blender + vacuum system (optional)
Pulse to allow blade to engage celery
Blend until smooth, slowly increase speed until smooth. Try not to allow celery to bounce and hit the lid (easier clean up)

Drink immediately
