These are just like my mom used to make. They smell really good while they cook. Goes great with chicken and mashed potatoes.

4 (14 1/2 ounce) cans green beans, drained
2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth, seasoned with roasted garlic
1 onion, cleaned and cut into 6 wedges
1/2 lb bacon, cut into small pieces and semi fried
bacon drippings
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Add everything into crock pot and mix.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5 hours.
