Shiitake Mushroom 20g
Tea tree mushroom 20 grams
30 grams of dried shrimp

Steps:

  • Put the mushrooms in the pot without water and oil, and sauté until fragrant, about 8 minutes. (If you have an oven at home, you can spread the mushrooms in the oven and bake at 100 degrees for about 5 minutes.) Rinse the shrimp skins with running water, soak for about 10 minutes, change the water three times in the middle to wash away impurities, and filter the dry water , Put it in a pot and fry it in a microwave oven or an oven/electric baking pan, etc., and dry the shrimp skins in your favorite way.


  • Put it on the mesh sieve to cool and set aside. (If there is no mesh sieve, you can put it on the plate.)


  • Pour the cooled mushrooms and shrimp skins into the Qihe Wall Breaker. (It is well known that shrimp skin contains high calcium, but in fact, after eating it, the absorption rate is not high. This is because the calcium in shrimp skin cannot be dissolved out automatically, and when people eat shrimp skin, it is almost impossible to chew it up. Basically the whole is eaten, so although a small part of calcium will be dissolved under the strong action of stomach acid, most of it will flow away in vain. To put it bluntly, most of it will pass through the intestines and the body cannot digest and absorb. Dried dried shrimp skin into powder will increase the absorption of calcium.)


  • Qihe wall breaker selects the function of "milling" and presses the "start button" to start.

  • Break the ingredients into powder.

  • Pour it into the plate and cool it in a bottle and put it in the refrigerator for storage.

1 ounce dried porcini mushrooms, substitute dried shiitake mushrooms

Steps:

  • Place the dried porcini mushrooms into the bowl of a food processor or blender. Close the lid, and then blend until a very fine powder. Do not open the lid. Wait for the fine powder to settle before opening or else your kitchen will be dusted with mushroom powder.
  • When the dust has settled, transfer to an airtight container. The mushroom seasoning will keep for up to 3 months.
