Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
¾ cup chopped pimento-stuffed olives
½ cup chopped celery
? cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
2 teaspoons dried parsley

Steps:

Beat the cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise with an electric mixer in a bowl until smooth. Fold in the olives, celery, onion, bell pepper, and parsley; mixing just enough to evenly combine. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.

Ingredients

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese, softened (french or danish)
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup ripe pimento stuffed olive, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Steps:

Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well until smooth.
Can serve chilled or at room temperature.(It spreads easier at room temperature).
*If you want a smoother consistency you can add a tsp or 2 of milk.*.
